Service Description

EcoBase provides full site assessments and health & safety examinations before every hydroseeding or erosion-control project. We understand that developers and councils need reliable partners who deliver not only visible results but also compliance, safety, and environmental accountability. Our team conducts detailed on-site inspections to identify terrain conditions, soil type, access points, and environmental sensitivities — ensuring every project meets UK regulations and local council requirements. Ideal for: • Developers preparing new build or regeneration sites • Councils managing public spaces and roadside embankments • Landscapers requiring pre-work safety and compliance checks Our Assessment Covers: ✔ Site layout, slope stability, and drainage evaluation ✔ Soil quality and seed compatibility testing ✔ Access and machinery safety planning ✔ Environmental impact and runoff prevention ✔ Health & safety compliance documentation (where required) Why It Matters: Ensures every project meets HSE and local authority standards Reduces delays, rework, and compliance penalties Protects your team, your land, and your investment Pricing: Quoted per site based on size, access, and inspection level. Outcome: A clear plan and cost breakdown for your hydroseeding or stabilisation project, plus an optional compliance report for council records.
