1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern all services and activities conducted by EcoBase Hydroseeding Ltd (“the Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By engaging our services or visiting this website, you (“the Client”, “you”, or “your”) agree to these Terms in full.

Our approach is founded on trust, precision, and professionalism — the same principles that underpin all solid foundations.

2. Scope of Services

EcoBase Hydroseeding Ltd provides eco-friendly hydroseeding, soil stabilisation, and land restoration services to property developers, local councils, landscapers, and private clients across the United Kingdom.

All services are performed in accordance with UK environmental standards, local council requirements, and current hydroseeding regulations.

3. Quotations & Acceptance

  • All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

  • A quotation becomes binding once the Client confirms acceptance in writing (email or digital confirmation is sufficient).

  • EcoBase Hydroseeding Ltd reserves the right to adjust quotations should the project scope or conditions materially change before commencement.

4. Payment Terms

To ensure fairness and commitment from both sides, payment is structured as follows:

  • 50% deposit due before work begins (non-refundable once mobilisation starts).

  • 50% balance payable immediately upon completion of the agreed works.

Payments must be made by bank transfer to the account stated on the invoice.
All prices exclude VAT unless otherwise specified.

Late payments may incur interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate, calculated daily until full settlement.

5. Site Access & Responsibilities

The Client must ensure that:

  • Clear and safe access to the site is provided at agreed times.

  • Adequate water supply and ground preparation are available if required.

  • All necessary permissions and consents have been obtained from the relevant authorities.

EcoBase Hydroseeding Ltd will take reasonable care to avoid damage to property; however, the Client accepts responsibility for site conditions beyond our control (e.g. hidden obstructions, unmarked utilities, adverse weather).

6. Environmental & Legal Compliance

All works are carried out in accordance with:

  • UK Environmental Protection Act 1990

  • The Environmental Permitting Regulations 2016

  • BS3882:2015 Soil Quality Standard

  • DEFRA and Natural England guidance on erosion control and re-vegetation

EcoBase operates responsibly to meet local authority and developer compliance standards, while maintaining ecological integrity.

7. Project Variation & Cancellation

  • Any alteration to agreed works must be confirmed in writing and may affect cost and completion date.

  • If the Client cancels after work has commenced, the initial 50% deposit will not be refunded, and any materials purchased for the project will be invoiced in full.

8. Warranty & Aftercare

EcoBase guarantees workmanship in line with industry standards.

Germination results depend on external factors such as weather, soil quality, and ongoing maintenance — therefore, no absolute growth warranty can be offered.

Aftercare guidance will be provided to help ensure optimal establishment.

9. Intellectual Property

All text, imagery, design, and branding appearing on this website remain the property of EcoBase Hydroseeding Ltd.

Reproduction or distribution without written consent is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

EcoBase Hydroseeding Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from delays, environmental factors, or misuse of advice provided.

Liability for direct damages is limited to the total value of the contract.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat all project information, site data, and communications as confidential, unless disclosure is required by law.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.

13. Closing Statement

Our work is guided by principle and purpose — to build with integrity, to restore with care, and to leave the ground better than we found it.

By working with EcoBase Hydroseeding Ltd, you join a partnership built on reliability, respect, and sustainable growth.
